Inyanga Marine Crowdfunds Tidal Energy Technology

UK-based Inyanga Marine Energy Group has launched a crowdfunding campaign to support its HydroWing tidal energy technology, which has recently secured major projects in the UK and Southeast Asia.

Inyanga Marine Energy Group has initiated a crowdfunding round in partnership with Crowdcube to support its patented tidal energy technology, HydroWing. This campaign allows investors to participate in the development of a renewable energy source known for its predictability and reliability.

HydroWing was recently awarded the largest tidal energy project in the UK, increasing its capacity at Morlais, Wales, from 10MW to 20MW. The company also secured a contract to establish the first tidal energy plant in Southeast Asia.

Richard Parkinson, CEO of Inyanga Marine, stated, “This crowdfunding round is an opportunity to be part of our exciting journey.” The global ocean energy market is projected to reach an estimated value of 53 billion euros annually by 2050, indicating significant growth potential in this sector.
